Dominique brings NYC chic to De La Mer. She attended The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC in pursuit of her passions for art and fashion. After graduating and beginning a career in the fashion industry, she quickly realized that her heart was in the art of hair design. While attending a Goldwell hair show, Dominique’s life shifted course. She signed up for Arrojo’s boutique cosmetology school, where she completed an intense training program focusing her path on mastering the art of color.  Dominique’s creative painting skills coupled with her coloring expertise provide her guests with beautiful results and confidence. She focuses on customizing each guest’s experience with in-salon services and tips-and-tricks for home care to achieve their desired look.  Her belief in education and analysis of current trends in both fashion and beauty provide her guests with an amazing experience. When Dominique’s not behind the chair seeing clients, she is an educator for our DLM Masters of Color Program, showcasing her true passion for educating and growing our Associates into Successful Colorists. Expect a photoshoot when you’re in her chair, as she loves to share her stunning results with her followers @colorbydd on Instagram. Outside of the salon, Dominique is a wife and mother to her beautiful baby girl, Penelope.

An artist in every sense, Lindsey has been creating all her life. Growing up as a dancer, she developed an eye for movement, balance, and expression. She attributes her artistic vision and creative edge to her years of performing, and draws inspiration from trending fashions and fellow colorists and stylists. Excellence in experience, education, and execution are Lindsey’s top priorities as a stylist. She is certified in Kerasilk, Lasio, Keratin Complex, and Express Blowouts and is DLM’s in-salon Kerastase Ambassador. Along with these achievements, she has attended several color workshops and certifications with Goldwell and Redken as well as styling classes with Oribe and Kerastase. Her expertise from such experiences allows her to be an incredible educator whilst working  one-on-one daily with associates. She has fulfilled her dream of becoming a master level 5 colorist and stylist and is dedicated to continually building her career at DLM. Throughout her time at De La Mer, Lindsey has also become a wife and mother to her baby girl, Sienna.

JoJo’s love for long hair and Long Island found her the perfect home at De La Mer in 2008. At 18 years old, she began her stylist career with the objective to make people feel good. She graduated from the De La Mer Associates Program and continued her education in DLM’s Master Haircut Program. As a long haired lady herself, long hair is her speciality! Her biggest joy is transforming clients to give them longer, thicker, fuller hair and her vivacious personality bleeds through her work. JoJo has been one of DLM’s extensions specialists since December 2016, specializing in Hand Tied and Hairdreams Extensions. She recognizes the importance of time and patience for both herself and the client, and has a passion to create and customize a seamless look while keeping it realistic. Her strong foundation with clean partings and consistent sectioning is what she attributes to her best results. In her time at DLM, she has been married, given birth to her baby girl, Valentina, and baby boy, Luciano, and purchased her childhood home in Westbury, Long Island.

Hilda brings her “look good, feel good” philosophy to De La Mer as a level five hair stylist and wedding specialist. A graduate of ARROJO Cosmetology School, she joined our De La Mer salon team following her time at Red Door by Elizabeth Arden. Sitting in Hilda’s chair ensures that you will leave looking and feeling beautiful inside and out. This is especially true of our brides that come in for their special days. Formal style and hair design is one of Hilda’s specialties, along with blowouts and razor cuts.

Jamie is no stranger to the color scene. She has been behind the chair for 20 years and is most known for her makeovers on Ambush Makeover on TLC and the Maury Povich Show. Jamie specializes in blondes, creative color and hair painting. She draws much of her inspiration from media, nature and fashion magazines. When Jamie is not creating signature colors for her clients, she is skiing, fishing and traveling around the world. Jamie is a certified Goldwell Master Colorist completing Levels 1, 2 & 3. She is also certified with Kerasilk and has attended renowned color classes with L’Oreal, Redken, Kim Vo, Bumble and bumble and Behind the Chair.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Claire was born into the styling industry where she helped run a family-owned salon for ten years. She spent the next four years on the Paul Mitchell Artistic Team traveling throughout Europe educating hairstylists on the Paul Mitchell Systems, while working with world renowned Stylists to enhance her skill-set. Claire has also worked Fashion Week in the UK and United States, including the Hermes show and private events.Love brought Claire to the United States in 2016. Since moving ‘Across the Pond’, she has had the honor of working at some of NYC’s most exclusive salons, including John Barrett and Salon Riz. In 2021, Claire and her family moved to their forever home in Rockville Centre. Claire specializes in precision haircutting, color and keratin treatments. She loves to produce natural, sun kissed looks inspired from nature, while her inspiration from modern architecture contributes to her love for creating sharp, precision hair cuts such as Pixies and Asymmetric Bobs. Claire’s passion for her career, devotion to client experience and her love for the evolving artistic industry brought her to De La Mer Salon & Spa!

Danielle is a veteran stylist at DLM and is the go-to-stylist for cutting curly hair. She also specializes in up styling and blow-drys. Her passion is to have every client leave her chair feeling and looking amazing. Danielle has spent the last 20 years honing her skills and has completed several advanced courses with Bumble and bumble, Arrojo, KMS, Deva Curl and Goldwell. She is also certified with Kerasilk, and Hairdreams.

Ashley is a double threat working as a DLM stylist and colorist. She specializes in razor cutting and has been featured in Estetica and Beauty Launchpad magazines. She is passionate about fashion and art and finds inspiration from magazines, fashion week and is up to the date with the latest trends. Ashley has graduated from the DLM apprentice program and completed our Masters Program for Cutting and Color. She has also trained at the KMS academy, Arrojo Academy and with Temptu. She is certified in airbrush make-up and tanning, Kerasilk and Lasio Brazilian Straightening. In her time at DLM, Ashley has been married and given birth to her beautiful baby girl and boy, Shay and Vincent.

Local Long Island native from North Massapequa, NY, Brianna came to DLM fresh out of school with willfulness to succeed. Over the last four years, she has completed DLM’s Masters of Haircutting education program while building a solid following as a result of her creativity and passion for successfully executing her clients’ visions. As a level three stylist and hair artist as well as a Kerastase Ambassador, Brianna attributes her success to ensuring that her clients feel beautiful, relaxed and alive. Her knowledge of the complexities of different textures, lengths and styles as well as truly hearing the desires of her clients is what makes her a haircutting specialist. Not only does Brianna bring cutting-edge trend setting and hair cutting to our team, but she is also a true spirit lifter.

A level two hair stylist from Lindenhurst, NY, Madison came to De La Mer hungry for growth. In search of evolution in her career as well as a home for her art, DLM provided the perfect opportunity for her. Having completed DLM’s Masters of Haircutting education program, Madison is currently in the process of completing the Masters of Color education course. From color to cuts to creating stunning updos, her work is evident of her love for hair. Meeting new people and inspiring joy from her creations makes doing what she loves that much better. Learning and growing alongside a team of equally passionate individuals motivates Madison to be the best stylist possible. Madison is also a devoted mother to her baby boy, Logan.

A Westbury, NY native, Caitlyn joined the DLM Masters of Color education program fresh out of Brittany Beauty School.  Caitlyn was drawn to DLM for our ongoing training opportunities as she shares our core value of education through experience. Since graduating in September 2022, Caitlyn has quickly grown into one of DLM’s top colorists.  As a level three colorist, she showcases her skills through her variety of color service offerings, specifically specializing in blondes. Caitlyn has also extended her expertise as a color educator for our masters program. She hopes to provide the next generation of colorists with the same exceptional educational experience with which she began her DLM journey. Along with educating, Caitlyn loves to create joy with her art. A hair transformation is never complete until she sees a smile on her guest’s face!

Eleanor’s life-long passion for fashion and beauty motivated her to seek a career as a professional hair colorist. Her work began and has continued to grow at De La Mer Salon for the last four years. Now a Level 2 Colorist, Eleanor has graduated from both DLM’s Masters of Color Education Program as well as Goldwell's Master Colorist Program. Her education continues as she is currently enrolled DLM's Masters of Haircutting Education Program. Eleanor prides herself on advancing her educational success and hopes to provide her client’s with innovative techniques to help them look and feel their best.

Skilled in all aspects of skincare, Julia is a master esthetician. Since 2010, she has earned over 20 years of impressive experience and knowledge in all aspects of skin. Since graduating with her masters in esthetics, she has continued her education with post graduate courses and seminars across America, as well as a nursing program. To ensure that her clients are getting the latest in products and services, her ongoing studies include laser technologies, advanced concepts in medical skincare, oxygen technology, advanced treatments of sun damaged and aging skin, waxing, lashes and brows. As a skincare therapist, Julia feels that educating her clients on their skin is one of the most important aspects of her career. She understands that pigmentation, adult acne and premature aging can not only jeopardize your skin, but also your self esteem and confidence. Julia believes that providing her clients with knowledge and tools to correct their situations can help each individual client to achieve their skincare goals. Along with medical expertise, she has a holistic view regarding the roles that diet and nutrition play in skin health. She truly enjoys witnessing her client’s reactions as well as providing them with the best advice possible. From the best types of peels for your skin type to the effects of stress on skin complexion, Julia’s level of expertise and knowledge of her field is extensive.

Klaudiana Spahaj comes to us from Albania, a small country in southeastern Europe, where she became a licensed cosmetologist and worked in her neighborhood salon. She and her family moved to America 6 years ago where she continued her career in cosmetology here in the US. Klaudia is passionate about providing her customers with the best service. After receiving her license from Grace International Beauty School in Flushing, Klaudia had many salon opportunities when moving to Long Island, but ultimately DLM stood out. De La Mer’s effort to implement the best care and client experience to their customers attracted her immediately. As a fully licensed nail technician, Klaudia's passion for SNS Powder Gel and Acrylic showcases her true talent.
